STEPS TO FILING AN iSMART CLAIM

1.) Fill out the claim form below.

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are mailing in your Device, please print this email and include it in the Device package.

2.) Bring or mail-in your Device.

If you are local, contact your local iQue Repair store or click here to make an appointment online. If you are mailing in, we ask that you cover shipping your Device to us and we will cover shipping back to you. Please send your Device along with your completed Claim form

3.) Receive Assessment from an iSmart Technician.

Once your device has been received, we will review your claim form and you will receive a phone call from one of our iSmart Technicians. We will give you an estimated time frame and charges for completion of repairs. Most repairs are completed the same day as received. If additional repairs are needed, time frames may vary.

4.) Receive Device looking as good as new!

Once the repairs are finished, we will mail back your device for free via 2-day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. If you would like your device back sooner, you may request this in advance for a small fee.
