About us
My name is KC Kelly and I am the CEO and Owner of iQue Repair. When my wife was 5 months pregnant with our first child I was laid off from my job as a Purchasing Manager and saw a guy doing this type of business on a small scale.
When offered to franchise his business, he declined and told me to open my own company if I really wanted to. Within 14 days I had built and setup my first 700 square foot store in Midvale, Utah and the rest is history.

We are the All-in-One, One Stop Shop. We offer Same Day repairs in our retail stores that are affordable and quality. Our company is comprised of champions who are committed to seeing the company win and succeed. They personally care about every customer that we serve as if they were family. We are seeking to capture a customer and serve their immediate needs, but also offer long-term solutions to their device problems.
According to CNN, 55% of Americans own at least 1 Apple Device inside the home & of those, the average is 3 devices per home. According to Apple Care statistics, 30-40% of those devices are bound to break or have issues within the first 2 years.(SOURCE) With so many devices in circulation we are systematically filling a need in the market for quality repair and protection via accessories and extended warranty programs.
Despite many advisers saying that we would go out of business within 6 months of opening, we have proven them wrong. We stand here years later still growing and working on profitability daily.
